Photoshop: Creating Your Own Watermarks Using the Text Tool
Instructor: Betty Wiley
Day: Tuesday, March 31
Cost: Members $65 | Non-Members $75
During this class, I will show you how to create your own custom watermarks and logos in Photoshop. Creating your own watermark is quite easy to do and you will learn how to work with the text tool in Photoshop which is useful for creating watermarks as well as creating cards, invitations or anytime you want to add text to an image. This class is lots of fun and you will go home with your own, custom-designed watermark which you can use when working with Lightroom and/or Photoshop.
This class will be taught using Photoshop 2019 however any recent version of Photoshop will work. Students should bring several of their own images which will be used to apply watermarks to.
Class Prerequisites: This is not an “Intro to Photoshop class” and therefore this class assumes students are familiar with Photoshop, including how to open and access files, how to navigate the program, etc and how to work with layers. Students must have a recent version of Photoshop loaded and working properly on their computers as their will not be time during class to do any trouble-shooting. If students are not comfortable using layers in Photoshop, it is recommended that they take the Photoshop Class: Understanding Layers and Masks Class (or equivalent)
