JULIE BLANCHARD
Julie graduated from Emmanuel College in Boston as an art major in 1967. She taught in the Waltham Public Schools. Since retiring, she is painting full time and teaching. She is a master artist member of Cape Cod Art Center, South Shore Art Center and the Nauset Painters.
