Join Mellissa Morris for a weekly 1 hour session of mindful movement, clarity meditations, and grounding for the creative person to balance strain and stress associated with making. Class will be held in our gallery and is for everyone, even if you don’t think you are an Artist. Everyone is inherently creative and this class will bring balance, focus, and an inspired space for anyone.
