Class/Workshop Schedule 2022

Registration now open for the summer session of 2022

The faculty of our School of Visual Arts are some of the most experienced instructors from on and off Cape Cod, holding Masters Degrees in Art, and exhibiting their collections in prestigious galleries. We offer classes and workshops year-round, with classes being held in six week sessions.

Workshops are generally on a weekend, either one, two or three days long. We bring in instructors from all over the United States.

All classes are held in our Barnstable facility, 3480 Route 6A, unless otherwise noted.

Registration & Cancellation Policy ~ Effective August 1, 2015:

Cancellation Policy

1. Students must pay for class/workshop at time of registration.

2. There are no refunds if a class or workshop is missed due to a student’s absence and there is no prorating of classes. Students who miss class will do so at their own loss.

3. Money will be refunded only due to insufficient enrollment, teacher’s cancellation or inclement weather.  All classes are cancelled if Barnstable schools are closed due to the weather.

4. Classes: If a student cancels a registration at least 5 days before a class begins, a refund will be issued. A 5% processing fee will be charged. A student withdrawing from a class less than 5 days before the class begins will receive NO REFUND unless the spot can be filled.

5. Workshops: If a student cancels at least 15 days before a workshop begins, a refund will be issued. A 5% processing fee will be charged. A student withdrawing from a workshop less than 15 days before the class begins will receive NO REFUND unless the spot can be filled.

6. Travel/Adventure Workshops: If a student cancels at least 30 days before the trip/workshop begins, a refund will be issued.

Please note that a 5% processing fee will be issued for all refunds.

No refund will be given after the start of a class unless there is a documented medical or family emergency.
