Join us to explore some of the loveliest private gardens on Cape Cod in late Spring! We’ll be guided by the award-winning photographer Maryellen Stone, who’ll share secrets of capturing stunning floral images. Together, we’ll discover four private gardens and a nursery, filled with unique surprises waiting to be captured.
Maryellen will teach us about technical and artistic techniques, both in the field and in the classroom. We’ll learn how to find the perfect subjects, create beautiful backgrounds, and experiment with different textures and techniques. We’ll also explore the art of macro photography and selective focus, as well as the creative possibilities of multiple exposures and impressionistic photography.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned photographer, this workshop is for you. All skill levels and camera formats are welcome, including smartphones. We’ll have plenty of time to practice and experiment, and Maryellen will be there to provide guidance and support.
