Categories of competitions:
Juried Artist Member Exhibits: You must be a member with Cape Cod Art Center and pass the portfolio review process. After doing so, you can exhibit in any of our juried member shows. Juried artist members can bring up to two pieces for a fee of $15/ piece and they are included in the show. One of our member shows is exclusively for our Master Artist members.
Open-Juried Exhibits: These exhibits are opened to anyone, anywhere–domestic and international. You do not need to be a member with Cape Cod Art Center. You must submit your image(s) to Smarter Entry. Up to 5 entries are allowed to be uploaded to Smarter Entry. Each piece is associated with a fee at the CCAC member price or the non-member price. The judges will select which work will be physically hung in the exhibit. Everyone who is selected to exhibit at Cape Cod Art Center will be notified via email of acceptance and the due date for artwork receiving day. After all the artwork is received at Cape Cod Art Center, the same judges come to the gallery and select the awards.
Online Open-Juried Exhibits: These exhibits are open to everyone, everywhere–domestic and international. You must submit your image(s) to Smarter Entry. Up to 5 uploads are allowed. The judge selects which pieces will be in the exhibit and who will receive awards. Artists are notified via email if their artwork is accepted or not. These exhibits are on display online through CapeCodArtCenter.org.
