Painting Hydrangeas with Sissi Sneve-Schultze
Saturday, July 13th at 10:30 to 2:00
Members $150 / Non-members $175
Location: At CCAC classroom studio
We will set up a hydrangea still life. If possible, our light source will be the sun or the light from a window. We will discuss composition, value, color, brush techniques, editing, etc. We’ll use smartphone apps like Notanizer or Gridpainter to help with layout, values and time management.
Bring your pochade box or plein air supplies, and a painting panel not smaller than 8×10” and not larger than 11×14”. Let’s see if we can finish, or come close to finishing, the painting in 3 hours.
